National Hockey Players Fitness Test Report Submitted for PHF Central Contract. According to details, after the completion of the two-day fitness performance test of 32 players at the National Hockey Stadium Lahore by the Pakistan Hockey Federation for the selection and categorization of players for the Central Contract, Olympian Manzoor Jr., Chairman National Hockey Selection Committee, Head Coach. National Hockey Team along with Olympian Khawaja Junaid and Physical Trainer National Hockey Team Abid Amin has submitted a detailed report on the performance of the players to Secretary General Pakistan Hockey Federation Asif Bajwa. The report details the players’ performance on physical and skill tests conducted in the two-day camp, their physical aptitude and mastery of the game. Head Coach Olympian Khawaja Junaid and Physical Trainer Abid Amin along with Chairman National Hockey Selection Committee Olympian Manzoor Jr. took a close look at the capabilities of the players in the two-day campThe players will be categorized according to their performance in the phased results of the special physical fitness test compiled by the Pakistan Hockey Federation, and only eligible players will have the opportunity to be part of the central contract. The performance of Central Contract players will be tested on monthly basis, Central Contract offers will be made to the top 20 players, Central Contract players will be placed in A, B and C categories according to their performances. A category player will get Rs 50,000, B category player will get Rs 40,000 and C category player will get Rs 30,000. Secretary General Pakistan Hockey Federation Asif Bajwa will send Players Performance Report to President Pakistan Hockey Federation Brigadier R Khalid Sajjad Khokhar for final approval after which talented and eligible players will be part of Central Contract..
