Peshawar Super Hockey League has a great start from today at Lala Ayub Hockey Stadium. The Peshawar Super Hockey League, run by the District Hockey Association Peshawar, will run from January 05 to January 12 at the Lala Ayub Hockey Stadium. Two matches were played on the first day of Peshawar Super Hockey League. The special guest of today’s first match was Mr. Syed Zahir Shah, President Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Hockey Association. On the arrival of the special guest, he was given a warm welcome and later he was introduced to the players and officials of both the teams.
Syed Zahir Ali Shah has been appointed as the tournament director of Peshawar Super Hockey League while Hidayatullah is performing the duties of umpire manager. Haroon, Subhan, Afsar Khan and Yasir Hameed officiated the matches played today while the technical officials included Master Khan, Hamza Tufail and Yasir Islam.
