The 36th National Junior Hockey Championship begins in Lahore tomorrow,The team was co-sponsored by PHF Asif Bajwa. Chief selector Manzoor Junior and other officials, including tournament director Anjum Saeed, conducted a detailed inspection of each player’s biodata. Under the rules, twenty-one-year-old players are allowed to play, keeping the process of scrutiny neutral and completely transparent. Special assistance was also sought from Nadra for verification of age and identity documents. Older players are barred from participating in the event. The event features teams from seven regional departments with 12 regional PHFs.
